Larry Welker, 62, of the Town of Niagara, NY, husband of April (Miller) Welker, passed away, unexpectedly, on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at his residence. Larry was born in Niagara Falls, NY and was the son of Frederick and Elsie (Balouth) Welker. Larry proudly served in the United States Army, until his honorable discharge in 1974.
