Patsie L. (Young) Frank

Patsie L. (Young) Frank, 92, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on April 18, 2024.  Born on May 17, 1931 in Vandergrift, PA, she was the daughter of the late Hensyl and Clara (McKinney) Young.

Patsie came to Niagara Falls in her early youth, graduated from the former Trott Vocational High School and retired from the New York Power Authority.  She was a member of the Niagara Power Authority Alumni Association, Calvary Lutheran Church Council, Rainbow Computer Users Group, St. Peter Episcopal Church in Niagara Falls and later St. Paul Episcopal Church in Lewiston. 

Patsie is survived by a son, Paul Neumann; step-daughter, Pattie (Ron) Knight; nephew, Rev. Patrick (Linda) Bradley; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, Patsie was predeceased by spouses, Robert A. Kelberer and Nelson Frank.

All are welcome to gather for visitation on Wednesday, April 24th, from 4-8 p.m., and a funeral service at 7:00 p.m., with the Very Rev. Randi Hicks Rowe officiating, at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007).  Private interment will take place on Thursday in Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice.
