Dorothy L. (Brinson) Daniels

Dorothy (Brinson) Daniels was born in Niagara Falls, New York to the late Arthur and Marie Brinson. 

Dorothy graduated from Niagara Falls High School and subsequently worked at Harrison Radiator/General Motors Corporation until she retired. Dorothy attended Morning Star C.O.G.I.C. She enjoyed singing in the choir, being on the usher board, shopping, cooking, baking, planting flowers and spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends, and family. Dorothy loved riding across county on the motorcycle with her husband Michael, she loved gospel music, and she could sing very well. 

Dorothy was called home on March 24th, 2024, after a lengthy illness. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 32 years, Michael D. Daniels; her three daughters, Mary Brinson of Niagara Falls, Diana Moore of North Carolina, and Mekia Taylor of Niagara Falls; three sons, Randall Russell (Denice) of Niagara Falls, James Russell of North Carolina, and Dwon Daniels of Niagara Falls; one brother, Bishop Joseph Brinson, Sr. (Annie) of Atlanta, Georgia; 21 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and sister-in-law, Pearlie Mae Brinson of Niagara Falls. Dorothy was predeceased by her son, Gilbert Dawayne Russell; brothers, Daniel Brinson (Agnes), Rev. Arthur Brinson (Inell), James Brinson (Vanda), Tony Brinson (Pearl), and Frank Brinson (Marie) and one sister, Annie Brinson.

A time for family and friends to gather for visitation will be on Tuesday, April 2nd, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., at Judah Deliverance Ministries, 1905 Hyde Park Blvd., where her homegoing service will begin at 12:00 p.m.  Prayers of committal and interment will follow in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
