Andrew and Maryanne, Your mother was a sweetheart and the care you gave her at the end of her life was a wonderful thing. What a great life she had! May we all be so fortunate! And may your whole family find peace and healing now.

Maryanne and Andrew,
Our mothers, Marion (Wheeler Fitzmorris) and Eva, were great friends for many decades of their lives. My mom always spoke so lovingly of Eva, whom I wished I had known better. Eva and Maryanne did attend my mom's 90th birthday party and she was so happy about that.
I'm sending you my condolences on behalf of Mom who passed away nine years ago. I like to think of them together again having a good old time in a far better place.
I hope that precious memories will sustain you at this sad time.

Mary Ann & Andrew:

Your mother was one of the most genuinely nice persons we knew. She always had a welcoming smile, happy to see you, interested in others, eager to chat. We are so glad we took the time to visit with her on one of our infrequent trips to Niagara Falls a few year ago. She was as bubbly as we remembered her. It was our fortune to have known her.

She lived a long, well deserved life. Nevertheless, I know you're hurting and we send our sympathy.

Andrew and Marianne:
So sorry to read about Eva's death. She had a remarkable life and was a remarkable person. I loved her complete interest in life and curiosity about all things.
She was lucky to have you in her final years.
Please accept my condolences.
