George R. Isaacs

It is our honor to be serving the family of the late George Isaacs.  Thank you for your service George.

George R. Isaacs, 79, of Scovell Drive, Lewiston, NY, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018 in Buffalo General Medical Center.  Born on July 16, 1938 in Wilkes Barre, PA, he was the son of the late George and Elizabeth (Krawiec) Isaacs.  

George proudly served in the United States Army from 1959, until he was honorably discharged in 1962.  He married the former Elizabeth Jean Cowling on November 14, 1964.  Following their marriage, they moved to Lewiston. George went on to become a self-employed electrician after earning his electrical training from E.I. DuPont.   

George is survived by brothers, James (Bonnie) Isaacs and William (Susan) Isaacs; 2 nieces, Shelly Isaacs and Christine (Tom) Spence; 1 great-niece, Shannon Spence and 1 great-nephew, Patrick James Spence.  He was predeceased by his father on March 1, 1966, his mother on July 3, 2004 and he beloved wife of 51 years on September 15, 2015.
