James L. Miller

James L. Miller, 73, of Wheatfield, NY, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  Born on August 26, 1944, he was the son of the late Fred G. and Norma (Schleer) Miller.  James served in the United States Army, as a Military Police Officer, during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1968.

James is survived by his wife, Leslie (Carr) Miller; daughters, Carmel (Dennis) Miller and Kimberly Leonard; step-children, Jason and Stacy McGary and his K9 friend, Joey.

Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday, November 25th at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, IN THE TOWN OF NIAGARA, with Robert Heisner officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to Heart of Niagara Animal Rescue.
