Joan (Hudson) Halpin, 84, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Niagara Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born on December 29, 1934 in Philipsburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Elizabeth (Gross) Hudson. Joan was a former employee of the Niagara Falls School District.
