John C. Henshaw

John C. Henshaw, 43, of the Town of Niagara, passed into eternity on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at his residence.  Born on June 9, 1975 in Lewiston, NY, he was the son of the late John D. and Constance “Connie” (Igou) Henshaw.  On August 21, 2004, he married the former Nicole Robles.

John was a lifelong area resident.  He graduated from St. Mary’s School for the Deaf and earned his Associates Degree from the National Technical Institute for the Deaf. John was currently employed by Niagara University.  He and his wife, Nicole, were congregants of The Chapel, CrossPoint Campus and was a talented cook, which he studied culinary arts earlier in his life.

In addition to his wife, John is survived by sisters, Kathryn (Jason) Orsi, Rachel (Juan) Luna and Sarah Henshaw; mother and father-in-law, Carol and Angel Robles, Sr.; brother-in-laws, Michael (Angel) Robles and Angel (Crystal) Robles, Jr. and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be on Saturday, September 29th from 4-7 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. taking place in the Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Jon Cook officiating.  Private interment in Riverdale Cemetery. If desired, memorial offerings may be made to The Chapel, 500 Crosspoint Pkwy, Getzville, NY 14068.
