Nellie Joseph Life story

Nellie B. (Anderson) Joseph, 69, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed from this life into eternal life on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital and Health Center.  Born on December 28, 1949 in Montgomery, AL, she was the daughter of late William “Willie” James Anderson and the late Eva Bell Anderson.  

 

Mrs. Joseph attended schools in Alabama.  On June 4, 1965 Nellie married John L. Joseph in Montgomery, AL.  They later came to Niagara Falls, NY.  She was primarily a housewife, taking care of her loving family.  Mrs. Joseph was a devoted Christian and daughter of God.  Nellie enjoyed shopping, cooking and took great pride in gardening.

 

In addition to her beloved husband, Mrs. Joseph is survived by 9 children, Marie, Mattie, Sharon, Nellie, John L. Jr. (Jessica), Clarence, Jacqueline, Elaine and Lynette Camil Joseph; 15 grandchildren 4 great-grandchildren and a son-in-law, Carlos Miller.  Nellie is also survived by sisters, Lucy, Elizabeth and Georgia Mae; brothers, Leon and Ervin; brother and sister-in-laws, Robert, Thomas and Linda Joseph and Brenda Clark and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by sisters, her twin, Elissie Mae and Martha; brothers, Willie Bell, Willie James, Jr., William, Arthur, Clarence, Steven and Howard and a brother-in-law, Mason Joseph.
