Nicholas A. Devereaux

Nicholas A. “Nick” Devereaux, 20, of Lockport, NY, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018.  Born on January 15, 1998 in Wichita, KS, he was the beloved son of Joseph and Heather (Brown) Devereaux both of Lockport, NY.

Nick, as he was known to family and friends, was a graduate of Starpoint High School and was currently working towards his Associates Degree at Niagara County Community College.  He enjoyed alternative music, and concerts.  Nick was an avid reader and spent much of his time writing, especially poetry.

In addition to his parents, Nick is survived by his sister, Shay-Lynn Devereaux of Lockport, NY; grandparents, Donald and Jeanne Brown of North Tonawanda, NY and William and Sandra Devereaux of Iowa and many aunts and uncles. 

Visitation will be on Friday from 3-7 p.m. in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY.  Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday, April 14th at 10:30 a.m. in Community of Christ Church,5235 Lewiston Rd, Lewiston, NY, with Rev. Glenn Johnson officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
