Phyllis Jean (Crawford) Hopper, 70, of Lockport, NY, passed from this life on November 11, 2019 at her residence, while under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born on February 13, 1949 in Salem, VA, she was the daughter of the late Norris W. and Alice M. (Dixon) Crawford.
​Phyllis was employed for Exxon Mobile, managing multiple locations. She enjoyed music in general, especially country music. In her youth, Phyllis sang and performed in bands.
Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Raymond "Skip" Hopper; a daughter, Sheryl Pechawer; sister, Cheryl Cretin and a brother, Kenneth Crawford.
Phyllis is survived by her sister, Nancy Pilbeam; son, Richard Puckett; son-in-law, Frank Pechawer; grandchildren, Taigan (Ryan) Ellis, Frankie Pechawer and Johnathon (Jessica) Pechawer and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Also surviving is a special friend, Wesley Pilbeam and her fur friend, Abigail.
