Pratap Singh, 89, of Youngstown, NY, died on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Mount St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston. Born on May 2, 1929 in Punjab, India, he was the son of the late Balwant Singh and Gulab Kaur. Pratap was a priest for 80 years.
