Richard Emerson Welch

Richard Emerson Welch, 74, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on December 14, 2019.  Born on June 21, 1945 in Port Leyden, NY, he was the son of the late Ralph Emerson and Eunice (Hamlin) Welch.

Mr. Welch proudly served in the United States Air Force, during the Vietnam War.  Richard was the owner and operator of Welch Security in New Hampshire and retired from ADT Security Service at the age of 64.

Mr. Welch is survived by a daughter, Tabatha (Rex Koytila) Combs; 11 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his former spouse, Cynthia Welch Mott.

Visitation will be on Monday, December 23, 2019 from 5-8 p.m. in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY, where a funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to his family.  Arrangements are under the direction of Michael R.
