Robert John "Bob" Roulley

Robert John “Bob” Roulley, 76, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed from this life on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital.  Born on March 24, 1943 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Francis and Leona (Sauve) Roulley.  On April 15, 1977, Bob married the love of his life, the former Judy L. Greenawalt.

Bob was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls and graduated from the former Sacred Heart Catholic School.  He proudly served in the United States Air Force from February 1, 1964 until he was honorably discharged and released from his reserve obligation on August 23, 1967. Throughout his career, Bob was employed as a manager for various local department stores.  In his spare time, he enjoyed playing cards, computer games, handheld Yahtzee, crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy, camping and family get-togethers.  Above all, Bob was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and brother-in-law; to Bob, nothing else mattered.

In addition to his beloved wife, Judy, Bob is survived by children, Kathy (Tom) Aughtman and Scott (Kristen) Roulley; grandchildren, Joseph (Danielle) Roulley, Veronica Roulley and Andrew Olsen and expected great-grandsons, twins, Levi and Jackson.  He is also survived by brothers, Douglas (Marilyn) Roulley, Vincent (late Jan) Roulley and Donald Roulley; a sister, Marilyn (Gene) Harple; several nieces, nephews and cousins and his in-laws, the extremely supportive Greenawalt family.  In addition to his parents, Bob was predeceased by brothers, Richard (Julie) Roulley and Ray (late Karen) Roulley.  

Visitation will be on Saturday, August 24th from 12-4 p.m. in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY, where closing prayers and Military Honors will take place at 4:00 p.m.  Private committal prayers and interment will be held on Monday, August 26th at Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Michael R.
