Ronald T. "Ronnie" Wheeler

After a short illness, Ronnie passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2017. Ronnie was predeceased by his loving father, George K. Wheeler and his brother, John E. “Johnny” Wheeler. He was the beloved son of Selina Wheeler (nee Pollok) and is also survived by cherished siblings: George W. Wheeler (Joanne) of North Tonawanda, NY; Sharon Twist (James) of Ransomville, NY; Sam “Jerry” (late Elizabeth “Betty”) of Tuscon, AZ; James “Jimmie” (Anne) of Westerville, OH and Tina Simmons of Palm Beach, FL. Ronnie is also survived by many nieces and nephews that absolutely adored him.

Ronnie was a longtime resident of Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara. The family wishes to thank the entire staff at Hyde Park and Guildcare for their impeccable dedication to our sweet Ronnie. He never lacked attention, love, thoughtfulness, generosity and assistance - and for that we are eternally grateful.

A special thank you to the staff at Northgate Health Care Facility where Ronnie spent the last few months with the assistance of Niagara Hospice.
