Russell Winters

Russell Winters, 71, of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 in the Buffalo VA Medical Center.  Born on December 28, 1945 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Harry and Irene (Cossar) Winters, Jr.

Mr. Winters retired from E.I. DuPont and was also employed by Seneca Niagara Casino as well as the Fashion Outlets of Niagara, where he worked as a security officer.  

Russell is survived by his son, Anthony (Ashley) Winters; grandchildren, Jackson and Emma and his sister, Kathy Mietlicki.

Visitation will be on Saturday, December 30th from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY, where a funeral service, concluding with Military Honors, will follow visitation at 1:00 p.m., with Rev. Robert Heisner officiating.
