Albert Francis Halley, Jr.

Albert Francis Halley, Jr., of Niagara Falls, NY was born on February 12, 1948 and died on March 3, 2023. He was the son of the late Albert F. Halley, Sr., and the late Bertha Goodson Halley; Dear brother of the late Martha Halley McNeely. 

Survived by his brother-in-law, Michael McNeely and his nephew, James H. McNeely (Kara Storti); cousins, Beth O'Connor and Thomas Stanford. Dearest friend and long time caregiver of the late Robert Biletsky; dear friend of Mary Ellen Billman (late Paul Billman), Scott Billman (Christine), Christian Billman (Jennifer), and Roberta De Moura (Adriano); Honorary great-uncle of Anna Claire, Julia, Aidan, Kirsten, and Elena.  Also survived by many life-long neighbors on Pershing Ave. in Niagara Falls.

Bert loved spending time having coffee with Jeff Principe, and his other great friends at Tim Hortons. Bert also held an amateur radio license with the call letters KBZUZM and spent many hours on this hobby and became great friends with Bill Holland, James Neubecker, Jr. and his partner, Kathleen Daley. He was a member of LARA (Lockport Amateur Radio Association) and ARRL (American Radio Relay League).His dry sense of humor and knowledge of so many interesting topics will be greatly missed by so many.
