Arthur Harris

Arthur Harris, 81, of the Town of Niagara, NY, passed away on April 9, 2026 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  Born on April 15, 1944 in Birmingham, Alabama, he was the son of the late Bonnie Goggins and the late Helen Harris and the husband of Dianne (Cooke) Harris.

Arthur was employed as a Laborer for General Motors Corporation in Lockport, NY. 

In addition to his beloved wife, Arthur is survived by brothers, Garry Knight Jr., Monte Goggins, LeDon Goggins, Andre Goggins and Cedric Goggins; one sister, Phyllis Goggins-Birl; brother-in-laws, Paul Cooke and William Traylor and sister-in-law, Angie Traylor, and many nieces and nephews. 

Services will be held at a late date at the Kingdom Hall. Arthur’s family has entrusted his care to the Goodlander family, OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME AND NIAGARA COUNTY CREMATION CARE (716-297-9007).  Share condolences and memories at GOODLANDERCARES.com
