Bernadine A. (Dugas) Clark Candido

Bernadine A. (nee Dugas) Clark Candido, 88, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Schoellkopf Healthcare Facility.  Born on September 6, 1929 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Theadore and Loretta (Carl) Dugas.

Bernadine was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls and she attended local schools.  She was employed by Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, where she worked in their housekeeping department.  Bernadine was a communicant of St. Raphael Parish in Niagara Falls and enjoyed going to the casino and playing bingo.

Bernadine is survived by children, Kathleen Kephart, Robert (Lynn) Clark, Linda Clark and Timothy Clark; a sister, Shirley Alcorn and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by spouses, James Beverly Clark on June 10, 1993 and Joseph Arthur Candido on June 24, 2007; her son, James (Becky) Clark and a sister, Pat (late Howard) Schul.

Visitation will be on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 31st at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will follow in Acacia Park Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one’s choosing.
