Booker T. Harris, Jr.

Booker T. Harris, Jr., 73, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on April 26, 2024.  Born on December 1, 1950 in Tuskegee, Alabama, he was the son of the late Booker T. Harris, Sr. and the late Annie Mae (nee Pryor) (late Sam) Williams.  

Booker came to Niagara Falls in his early teens and graduated from the former Trott Vocational High School.  He proudly served in the United States Army, from May 13, 1970, until his honorable discharge on March 22, 1972.

Booker is survived by children, Carmela Harris and Booker T. Harris III; grandchildren, Ashley, Brandon, LaSasha, Demetrius, and Booker IV; 8 great-grandchildren; siblings, Thomas, Timothy and Curtis; aunts, Pastor Jean Boyd and Virginia 'Sandy' Osby and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend Booker's funeral service and life celebration on Monday, May 6th, at 1:00 p.m. at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007).
