Charlene M. Wagner

Charlene M. Wagner, 84, of Niagara Falls, NY, joined her family in Heaven on September 20, 2022. She will be missed dearly.  Born on July 26, 1938 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Leslie and Evelyn (nee Schultz) Lounsbury. 

Charlene was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School and Buffalo State College. She retired from Niagara University. Charlene enjoyed spending time with her family and watching sports, including the Buffalo Bills, New York Yankees and U.S. Tennis Pros.

A Mother and Best Friend of three loving daughters, Charlene leaves behind Kathryn (Michael) Pooley, Joyce (Jimmie McLeod) Williams and Norene (Thomas) Douglas also a son-in-law, Kirk Williams as well as her beautiful grandchildren, Shaun, Anna, Michael and Tyler and great-grandchildren, Melanie, Ryan, Lynn, Joseph and Trinity.  Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Joyce and Norene and brother, Norman Lounsbury. 

The family will be present on Friday, September 23rd, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007), where Charlene’s funeral and life celebration will be held at 11:30 a.m., with Rev. Stuart Buisch officiating.  Friends invited.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Grace Lutheran Church and/or Niagara Hospice.  Professional arrangements are under the care of the Goodlander family.  Share condolences and memories at GOODLANDERCARES.com
