Christopher P. Tuttle

Christopher P. Tuttle, 37, of the Town of Niagara, NY, passed from this life into the presence of Jesus on March 20, 2021.

Chris, as he was known to family and friends, was a very hard, determined and talented worker for the different positions he held, mainly in carpentry work.  However, he worked many years for his father-in-law at Rick’s Window Cleaning, where many said “he was the best.” Chris had a contagious laugh, unique sense of humor and a vibrant spirit, to say the least, and always made himself available to lend a helping hand. He was constantly on-the-go, mainly to help others. Chris was a former member of Niagara Active Hose Volunteer Fire Company and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. His love for his family stayed constant in good times and in bad and was the life of family functions.  He will be sorely missed by many.  

Chris leaves behind his wife, Lisa M. (nee Sweney) Tuttle; two adored sons, Michael and Tyler; his mother, Mary Ann Cole; two sisters, Aimee Tuttle and Lisa Guerin; one brother, Tony Guerin; father and mother-in-law, Rick (Jean) Sweney; brother and sister-in laws, Rickie (Amanda) Sweney, Cindy (Steve) McGinnis and Laura (Michael R.) Goodlander; step-father, Dave Guerin; his dog, Boris and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Chris was recently predeceased by his grandpa and ‘buddy,’ Fred Cole, Sr. and dogs, Shadow and Holly.

The family will be present on Wednesday, from 4-8 p.m. at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY, where a Life Celebration will be held on Thursday, March 25th at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Laura Norris-Buisch officiating. (For the funeral, enter the funeral home parking lot via the south (2nd Avenue) entrance). Prayers of committal and interment will follow in North Ridge Cemetery. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Gillis officiating. Masks and social distancing will be required for your safety at all gatherings.  Thank you for your support and understanding.
