Daniel R. Gordon, Sr.

Daniel R. Gordon, Sr., also known as Danny, age 74, of Youngstown, NY, passed away on March 15, 2025 at his residence, while under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born on November 24, 1950 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Harold (living, Diane) Gordon and the late Mary (McLaren) Gordon.  On September 2, 1978, Danny married Brenda Greenawalt.

Danny was employed as a machinist working for Nuttall Gear.  He was an extremely talented musician, avid fisherman and golfer and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his beloved wife, Danny is survived by two sons, Danny (Angela) Jr. and Robert (Kanjana) Gordon; two daughters, Debby (Bob) Waldeck and Michelle (Alan Reid) Lichtenberg; grandchildren, Frank, Sam, Kingston, Weston, Jaden, Randy and Krystal; great-grandchildren, Makylia and Kaylee; sisters, Debbie, Patty, Jennifer, Lisa and Karen; brothers, John, Kevin and Christopher and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Besides his parents, he was predeceased by an infant daughter, Brenda and a brother, Wayne.

All are welcome to gather for visitation on Thursday, March 20th, from 4-8 p.m., at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME AND NIAGARA COUNTY CREMATION CARE, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007). In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the family and/or Niagara Hospice.
