Donald Briand Life story

Donald D. Briand, 84, passed away on June 15, 2020. Born on September 7, 1935, he was the son of the late Vincent and Rose (DiGrande) Briand.

Donald became a naturalized United States citizen in 1955 because he loved the USA and what it stood for. He proudly served in the United States Air Force until his honorable discharge in 1958. Donald married and began a life with Nancy A. Drust on May 1, 1970. They renewed their marriage vows on January 17, 1986 at the former Our Lady of the Rosary Church. She sadly predeceased him on May 27, 2019. He was a devout Catholic, attending Our Lady of Fatima Shrine and a Staunch Republican.

Survivors include grandchildren, Shennen (Jonni), Sean (Christine) and Kimberly Hannam and great-grandchildren, Shenna, Jeffrey, Joshua and Lorenna Hannam. In addition to his parents and beloved wife, he was predeceased by his step-daughter, Sharon Hannam.
