Donna M. (Jacob) Earp

Donna M. (nee Jacob) Earp, 77, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away, unexpectedly, on September 9, 2022, at her residence.  Born on October 5, 1944 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Thomas A. and Marguerite M. (nee Martin) Jacob.  On July 19, 1969, Donna married Timothy H. Earp, NFPD Ret.

Donna was a lifelong area resident and attended local schools. She later earned her certificate and license in cosmetology. Donna was the owner and operator of her own salon, Salon Donna Marie, in Wheatfield, for over 30 years and also worked in various salons.  She crocheted hundreds of afghan blankets and donated them to Niagara Hospice and other organizations.  Donna was an Elvis fan and liked to shop on QVC.

In addition to her beloved husband, Donna is survived by children, Timothy T. (Rochelle) Earp, Todd Earp, Troy Earp, NFPD, Sumer (Risky) Sanabria, NFFD and Breanna (Angelo) DiDonna; grandchildren, Michael, Rory and Reyna Sanabria; siblings, Nannette (Paul) Lukich, Thomas Jacob, Mona (Vincent) Roberts and Susie Macri and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, Donna was predeceased by siblings, Harry (late Maria) Jacob, Lucy (late Rollin, NFPD Ret.) Johnston and Rosemary (living, James) Fadel.

The family will be present on Thursday, from 3-7 p.m., at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007), where Donna’s funeral service and life celebration will be held on Friday, September 16th at 11:00 a.m., with Rev.
