Life story

Edward Eugene Dunbar, 75, of Niagara Falls, NY, pass from this life on August 26, 2023 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born on April 17, 1948 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Willie and Bessie (Rouse) Dunbar.

Edward graduated from the former Trott Vocational High School and John Hopkins University. He enjoyed exploring nature, kayaking, music, cooking, astronomy, movies, swimming and scuba.

Edward is survived by a daughter, Melanie Dunbar; a sister, Cynthia Dunbar; brother, Timothy Dunbar and a niece, Cheryl Dunbar. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by siblings, John Dunbar and Gwendolyn Dunbar.
