Elizabeth Schultz Life story

Elizabeth J. (nee Seal) Schultz, 76, of Tonawanda, formerly of Ransomville and Youngstown, passed from this life on November 4, 2023 at Kenmore Mercy Hospital.  Born on June 20, 1947 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Howard Alexander Seal and the late Evelyn (nee Doel) (late Ernie) Nielson.  On May 15, 1965, Liz married Ralph E. Schultz.  He predeceased her on August 11, 2022.

Liz was a lifelong area resident, residing mainly in Ransomville and Youngstown and recently moved to Tonawanda to be closer to her daughter.  She worked for Ray's Tavern and was a longtime loving caregiver to many people.

Liz is survived by her daughter, Julie (Robert) Wasyl; grandchildren, Jocelyn (Thomas Park) Gizzarelli, and Christian Eckert; great-grandchildren, Leland, Cameron, and Serenity; siblings, Marsha (late George) Kennedy, Richard (Krindell) Seal, and Michael (Mary) Seal and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Besides her parents and husband, Liz was predeceased by siblings, Lucinda (late Ernie) Robins, Howard (late Terry) Seal, and Beverly (late William) Rowles.

All services are private.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to the American Lung Association.
