Elyjah John Douglas Lewis, infant son of Eddie T. Lewis, III and Maureen E. (nee deWysocki) Lewis was born on May 30, 2021 and passed into the loving arms of Jesus on June 25, 2021.

Survivors also include his grandparents, Mary O’Brien (Joel Casale), Douglas deWysocki (Cindy Russinko), Sherita Heflin, Eddie Lewis, Jr., and Walter Heflin (Gil Heflin); great-grand parents, Rita deWysocki, Sherrie Casale, Sarah Shipp, Eddie Lewis, Sr. and Rosemarie Russinko and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

All services are private. If desired, memorial offerings may be made to the NICU at John R. Oishei Children's Hospital.
