Floyd W. Dolson

Floyd W. Dolson, 83, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed from this life on September 26, 2021 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  Born on January 31, 1938 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Floyd and Edith (nee Horton) Dolson.  On July 1, 1980, he married Sally Ann Mort.
 

Floyd was employed as a sanitation truck driver for the City of Niagara Falls for 17 years, up until his illness.  
 

In addition to his beloved wife, Floyd is survived by children, Edith A. Dolson, Floyd W. Dolson, Jr., David E. Dolson, Marie P. (Thomas) Turk and Donna L. (Jason) Barlow; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; step-children, Phyllis (Weiss) (Michael) Fuchs, Barbara (Weiss) Haas, Ronald Weiss and Susan (Weiss) (Michael) Zaske; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters, five brothers, a daughter, Margaret A. (Dolson) (living, Leonardo) Miceli and a granddaughter, Jenny Fuchs.
 

All services are private. If desired, memorial offerings may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church.
