George R. Mangiarelli

George R. Mangiarelli, 91, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on December 23, 2023 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  Born on December 21, 1932 in Monaca, PA, he was the son of the late George and Ida (Merkel) Mangiarelli.

George was raised in Pennsylvania and graduated from Monaca High School in 1950.  He proudly served in the United States Navy, during the Korean War, from December 8, 1952, until his honorable discharge on November 20, 1956.  George later earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Geneva College, in Beaver Falls, PA, class of 1962.  He was employed as an industrial engineer as well as a consultant, working for several businesses throughout the United States. In January of 1995, George retired as General Manager for HBD Industries, in Warren, Ohio.

George is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Sally (Ely) Mangiarelli; children, Nancy Jane Marsh of Gowanda, NY and George Raymond Mangiarelli of St. Petersburg, FL; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and several step-children and their families.  George is also survived by a former spouse, Marjorie Bish.  Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his first spouse, Norma (Balentine) Mangiarelli.
