Harry Paul Daubney

Harry Paul Daubney, 82, of Lockport, NY, passed away on July 21, 2023 at Elderwood of Lockport.  Born on May 15, 1941 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Harry Alfred Daubney and Marie (Zock) Daubney and the step-son of the late Eloise (Green) Daubney.  On April 28, 1973, Harry married Diana Marie Merritt in Niagara Falls, NY.

Harry was employed as a diesel mechanic and welder for Leaseway Transportation for 30 years. He was a proud member of the Teamsters Union Local #449 and a former member of the Odd Fellows and Niagara Falls Moose Lodge.  Harry enjoyed stock cars and racing.

In addition to his beloved wife, Harry is survived by children, Richard Daubney, Gary (Noel) Daubney and Darla (Eric) Weber; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents and step-mother, Harry was predeceased by his sister, Pauline Sharon Smith and his former spouse, Joan (Armstrong) Butler.

All services are private.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA and/or South Lockport Volunteer Fire Company.
