James Monroe Boring

James Monroe Boring of Medina, NY, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Northgate Health Care Facility, with his loving family by his side. James was born on May 28, 1939 in New Florence, PA.  He was predeceased by his father, Kenneth Boring and mother, Tesse (Schilling) Boring, both of New Florence, PA.  James worked at FMC in Middleport, NY for 39 years, retiring in 2001.  James loved being with family, watching horse racing and loved to cook.  He was also a big sports fan.

James is survived by brothers, Bert, Arthur and Edward and sister, Jean all of New Florence, PA.  He is also survived by sons, Jeffrey of Medina, NY, Matthew of Medina, NY, Nicholas of Medina, NY and a daughter, Lisa Smith of Rochester, NY; granddaughters, Alison and Megan Boring of Medina, NY and a longtime companion, Joyce Munn of Medina, NY.
