James K. Seefeldt

James K. Seefeldt, 66, of Lockport, NY, passed away on September 21, 2025 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY.  Born on November 22, 1958 in Columbus, Ohio, he was the son of Irene (Keenan) Seefeldt and the late Donald Seefeldt and the husband of Brenda Miller Seefeldt.

James graduated from Wilson High School.  He was employed as Assistant Superintendent of Willowbrook Golf Course in Lockport, NY.  James was an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing.

In addition to his mother and beloved wife, James is survived by his step-daughter, Ashley (Geri) Sehnalek; step-grandchildren, Lydia and Lukas; siblings, David (Dawn) Seefeldt and Deborah (Eugene) Fusco; nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Chance) Stephens, Rebecca Fusco, Jessica (Michael) Whigham, Katherine Seefeldt, Robert (Melissa) Saucier, Arthur Fusco and Mark Seefeldt; great-nephew, Michael Whigham III; a great-niece, Brookanne Saucier and several cousins.  Besides his father, he was predeceased by a sister, Donna (living, Roy) Saucier.

A special thank you to our nephew, Greg Pointer as well as Jeff and Lauri Grimes, Alice Fink and the staff of Niagara Hospice for their care of James.

There will be no prior visitation.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice.
