Jeffrey Paul Taylor, 61, of Amherst, NY, passed away unexpectedly on February 7, 2025. Born on April 3, 1963 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of Darleen G. (Rose) Taylor and the late Jack Herbert Taylor, Jr.
In addition to his mother, Jeff is survived by his loving fiancé, Julie Dearstyne; two sons, Justin (Stacy Serba) Taylor and Ryan Taylor; brother, Craig (Heather) Taylor; nephews, Adam (Jen Lockhart) Taylor, Zachary (Ashley) Taylor and Bobby Taylor; his “Auntie Sue” and great-nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
For over 10 years, Jeff was the owner and operator of Taylors Tap & Grill on Niagara Falls Blvd., and was previously the owner of Justin Tyme. He served as Past President of the Niagara County Rotary Club. Jeff currently was President of the Wheatfield Business Association, a car enthusiast and loved to travel, especially to Aruba.
All are welcome to gather for visitation on Wednesday, from 2-8 p.m., at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME AND NIAGARA COUNTY CREMATION CARE, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007), where Jeff’s funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 13th, at 11:00 a.m. All are invited. Prayers of committal and interment will follow in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to WNY Heroes, Inc.
