Jessie Etta Frame

Jessie Etta Frame, 91, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on October 18, 2025.  Born on April 8, 1934 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Emery Herman and the late Marjorie (Dellaree) Briggs and the wife of the late William Frame.

Jessie attended the former Trott Vocational High School. She was employed by Walkers Laundry, Beverly Lanes, Thunderbowl, Rapids Bowling Alley and Bowl-O-Drome.  Jessie was an avid bowler until her late 70’s, liked bingo and was active with the girl scouts.  

Jessie is survived by children, Peggy Frame, Brian (Andrea) Frame and Mark Frame; grandchildren, Nicholas Frame, Amber Frame, Michelle Frame and Candace (Andrew) Mason; great-granddaughter, Veronica Flippen and many other great-grandchildren; a brother, Frank (Colleen) Briggs and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son, William “Billy” Briggs. 

All are welcome to gather for visitation on Thursday, October 23rd, from 5-8 p.m., at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME AND NIAGARA COUNTY CREMATION CARE, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007). Private burial will take place in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
