Kathleen (Cullen) Lundy

Kathleen " Katie" (Cullen) Lundy, 61, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020 in Buffalo NY. Kathleen was born on May 18, 1959 in Niagara Falls, NY to John Cullen and Mary (O'Connor) Cullen. 

Katie, as she was known, was a lifelong resident of the city of Niagara Falls, attended local public schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. She was a lover of all animals, especially cats and dogs. Katie showed love and compassion to everyone around her and was a bright, courageous woman who was a strong advocate to those who needed her. She had a passion for crossword puzzles and enjoyed listening to and dancing to "groovy" tunes. Above all, Katie had an infectious laugh and a smile that brightened the entire room. 

Katie is survived by her brother, Christopher Cullen of Bath NY; her niece, Molly (William) Webber of Niagara Falls; her great-niece, Emily Webber; great-nephews, Leo and Jude Webber and a dear friend, Nancy Porto; a dear cousin, Anne O'Connor and many other cousins. In addition to her parents, Kathleen was predeceased by her beloved sister, Mary (Cullen) Rosini-Lafornia; her brother, John (Claudia) Cullen and great-nephew, Ian Webber. 

Katie’s funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 5th at 2:00 p.m. at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007), with Rev. Jacek Mazur officiating. Friends invited. Masks and social distancing will be required at all times for your safety.  Thank you for your support and understanding.
