Kenneth "Shorty" Cobb Life story

Kenneth W. “Shorty” Cobb, 58, of Ransomville, NY, passed away from an unknown illness on January 4, 2020.  Born on February 16, 1961 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of Helen (Hochadel) Cobb and the late Lewis L. Cobb.

Shorty attended local schools as well as Niagara County Community College. He was currently employed as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for LJ II Quigliano, Inc. and previously for Santa Rosa Truck and Trailer, Sevenson Environmental Services, Ridge Road Express and Armand Cerrone, Inc. Shorty was an avid hunter and fisherman.

In addition to his mother, Shorty is survived by sons, Derek J. and Andrew K. Cobb; sister, Bonnie (Dave) Fickes; nephew Cameron; former spouse, Karen M. (John) Eagan and aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition his father, he was predeceased by a brother, John and a brother, Lewis “Larry,” who passed away the same day as Shorty.

Visitation on Saturday, January 11th from 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY (716-297-9007), where a conjoined funeral service for Kenneth and Lewis will follow visitation, with Rev. Laura Norris-Buisch officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offeringa may be made to a charity of one’s choice.  Arrangements are under the direction of Michael R.
