Lawrence A. Hartwig

Lawrence A. Hartwig, age of 68, passed away on June 17, 2024.  Born on July 20, 1955 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late John and Catherine (Allen) Hartwig and husband of the late Diana (Shaw) Hartwig.

Lawrence graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School and retired from Walmart.  He was an avid Buffalo Sabres fan and loved long walks, watching old time tv, and hockey.  

Lawrence is survived by a brother, Charles (Carol) Hartwig; brother-in-law, David (late Caroline) George; sister-in-laws, Dolly (late Robert) Hartwig and Ardelle (late Donald) Hartwig; 17 nieces and nephews and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents and wife, he was predeceased by siblings, Jack (late Lucette), Robert, Donald, Caroline George, and, Shirley (late William) Johnson.
