Leon R. Lascelle

Leon R. Lascelle, 54, of Titusville, FL, passed away on March 3, 2022. Born on March 25, 1967, in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Leon G. Lascelle and Ann M. (nee Lamb) (late Ramon) Ruiz.

 Leon was a resident of Niagara Falls, NY, and graduated from LaSalle Senior High School in 1985. He attended Buffalo State College with a focus in Art. He went on to raise three children, who meant the world to him. He later moved to Florida in 2017 with his love, Bethany Sparacio, whom he married in 2021.

 Leon worked in restaurant management for most of his career and was General Manager for Applebees in Ormond Beach, FL. His Applebees family remembers Leon as a great manager and an even better friend.

 Leon was a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan and the proud owner of a 1979 Trans Am. He enjoyed playing fantasy football, camping, gardening, Christmas movies, attending concerts, and the music of Van Halen and Led Zeppelin. Leon volunteered for Common Ground Farm, where he would harvest food for the local community. He loved the farm, the plants, and the people.

 Leon is survived by his wife Bethany; his children, Lindsey Lascelle, Navy Hospital Corpsman First Class Ryan (Annette) Lascelle, and Ciara Lascelle; his sister and brother-in-law, Liane Lascelle-Paoli and Vito Paoli; step-brother, Ramon (Regla) Ruiz; step-sister, Jenny (Ricky) Estrada; granddaughter, Zoë Alice Lascelle; his godchildren, Alyssa, Anthony, and Dominic Pennesi; and his uncles, aunts, cousins, and in-laws.

 Visitation will be on Thursday, April 28th from 4-8 p.m. at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY (716-297-9007).
