Lorie L. (Gatley) Cord

Lorie L. (Gatley) Cord, 63, of North Tonawanda, NY, passed away on June 10, 2026.  Born on June 23, 1962 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Thomas (June) Gatley and the late Carole (Cook) Krause and the wife of the late Robert Cord.

Lorie graduated from LaSalle High School and earned her certificate in Business from Kelly Business Institute.  She was employed as a bookkeeper for various businesses.

In addition to her father, Lorie is survived by a son, Josef Cord; two step-sisters, Kimberly Byrne and  Nicky Grimes; step-father, Josef (Trudy) Krause; brother-in-law, Steven (Robin) Tubinis and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Besides her mother and spouse, she was predeceased by sisters, Kimberly Gatley and Mindy Posa.
