Mary Jane Vrenegor

Mary Jane Vrenegor, 78, of the Town of Niagara, passed from this life on June 19, 2020 at her residence, while under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born on June 16, 1942 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Helen (late Ryland) Bagby. 

Mary Jane was a lifelong area resident and attended local schools. On August 15, 1959 she married Joseph J. Vrenegor. He predeceased her on October 7, 1990.  Mary Jane was primarily a homemaker, caring for her loving family.  She enjoyed being outdoors, painting, watching shows on the Hallmark Channel and spending quality with her dog, Teddy.

Survivors include four children, Sherry Miller, Tammy (David) Zimmer and twins, Paul (Lisa) Vrenegor and Dawn Vrenegor; grandchildren, Danny (Kelli) Kneepple, Jennifer (John) Jones, Jacob Vrenegor and Isabella Vrenegor; great-grandchildren, Sabrina, D.J. and Kadie and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her mother, step-father and husband, she was predeceased by siblings, Judy and Jack (Esther).

The family will be present on Monday from 3-7 p.m. at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY RD., NIAGARA FALLS, NY (716-297-9007) where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd at 10AM with Pastor Shane Haffey officiating.  Prayers of committal and interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.****All occupancy, PPE and social distancing guidelines will be practiced.
