Rexford W. Chandler, Sr.

Rexford W. Chandler, Sr., 73, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on February 18, 2025 at Niagara Hospice House.  Born on April 14, 1951 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Kingsley and Betty (Vosburg) Chandler and the husband of Ella M. (Shaughnessy) Chandler.

Rexford worked as a carpenter and was a member of the Carpenters Union Local #280 in Lockport, NY.  He was also an avid hunter. 

In addition to his beloved wife, Rex is survived by children, Rexford W. (Tiffany) Chandler, Jr., Jerry (Teresa) Chandler and Tommy (Sherri) Chandler; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.  He is also survived by siblings, Kingsley (Nancy) Chandler, Phyllis (Kenneth) Kasper, Cindy (Jim) Godlewski, Fred (Debbie) Chandler, Lyle (Lori) Chandler and Candy Chandler and his dogs, Duchess and Punkin. Besides his parents, Rex was predeceased by sisters, Penny Wirth and Irene (Robert) Mettler.
