Robert J. Moore

Robert J. Moore, 81, of the Town of Niagara passed away on September 14, 2020 surrounded by his family. Born on April 20, 1939 to the late Loyal and Florence (Warrnt) Moore DiPasquale. Step son of  late Joseph DiPasquale.

Mr. Moore was a lifelong resident of the Town of Niagara and attended local schools. On March 9, 1963 he married the former Catherine Heeney. Robert was a 50 year member of Laborers Local #91 retiring 1999. He was a member of Andover Rod and Gun Club and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time in at his camp in Greenwood, NY. 

In addition to his wife of 57 years survivors include four children; Kenneth (Renee) Moore, Denise (Michael) Dorato, Robert (Wendy) Moore II and Michelle (Evan) Haseley; eight grandchildren; Melissa, Kenneth, Joseph, Robert, Michael, Thomas, Cody, and Jordan, ten great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, two sisters; Judy (late Allen) Westerman and Beverly (late Jerry Gonzales) Petroziello, special daughter; Nadline Santiago, special son; Willard Martin, brother-in-law; Joseph (Mary) Heeney, two sister-in-laws; Joan (Matthew) Raich and Sandra (Duane) Rickard. Predeceased by brother in law; Michael (Robin) Heeney, Sister-in-law; late Elizabeth (Armond) Forgiorne.

The family will be present on Friday from 3-8 p.m. at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th at 10 a.m. Prayers of committal and interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Niagara Hospice or Roswell Clinic of Niagara.  As you prepare to attend, please be mindful to bring face coverings and of social distancing.
