Robert K. Nye

Robert K. Nye, 56, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on November 6, 2024.  Born on October 29, 1968 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of Roger and Shirley (Cable) Nye.

Rob graduated from the former Trott Vocational High School.  He was currently the owner and operator of Jaco's Pizzeria in Niagara Falls, that he loved running with his daughter by his side. He took great pride in his restaurant and made sure his customers had nothing but the best for many years. Rob loved his nights at Jaco’s with his staff that became his family. Prior to owning his own business, he was a certified welder at Cataract Steel and other companies. He was very passionate and a large contributor of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Rob enjoyed long rides on his motorcycle, loved fast cars, in his younger years doing motocross racing with his family, especially with his brother, Ron, then with his son, Trever. Also, Rob was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, loved going to concerts, watching Trever box and watching UFC. Above all, he loved his grandchildren more than anything and cherished his dog, Chino.

In addition to his parents, Rob is survived by a daughter, Sara (Anthony Sirianni) Lucchetti; grandchildren, Anthony and Adrien Sirianni, Jared Trever Nye and Austin Sirianni; his former spouse, Kimberly Nye; a brother, Roger Nye; a niece and nephew, Ryan (Janel) and Reann Nye; three great-nieces and aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his son, Trever Nye; a brother, Ronald Nye and his grandparents.

All are welcome to gather for visitation on Wednesday, November 13th, from 4-7 p.m., at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME AND NIAGARA COUNTY CREMATION CARE, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY (716-297-9007).  Private prayers of committal, by Michael R. Goodlander, and entombment will take place with his family in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
