Roser Pellejero-Cartes

Roser Pellejero-Cartes, 84, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on February 21, 2023.  Born on March 25, 1938 in Spain, she was the daughter of the late Luis Pellejero-Lazaro and the late Maria Cinta Cartes-Paga. Roser was an accomplished Spanish artist who relocated to the Niagara Falls area back in the early 1980’s, where she made her home and working art studio.  Her artwork and creations have been shown in solo exhibits both locally in Buffalo and Niagara Falls, as well as in several countries including England, Spain and Canada.  Her credits also include illustrating the 1992 book, Cuentos De La Isla De La Cabra, by Diego Campos Loriz.
