Stephen Stypick Life story

Stephen J. Stypick, 62, of the Town of Niagara, NY, passed away on August 9, 2021 at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital. Born on April 29, 1959 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Charles and Helen (nee Hardcastle) Stypick.

Steve, as he was known to family and friends, graduated from LaSalle High School and was employed by the United States Army, as a support supply clerk, at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY. He loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, taking care of his vegetable garden and growing his sunflowers. Steve also enjoyed woodworking and drawing.

Steve is survived by siblings, Charles (Gail) Stypick, Joanne (late Jeff) Alvarez, John (Sandy) Stypick, Richard (late Cathy) Stypick, William (Gwen) Stypick and Stan (Jean) Stypick and several nieces, nephews and friends. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Robert (living, Connie) Stypick and a sister, Christine (late John) McCabe.
