Verna T. (Routhier) Cromwell

CROMWELL-Verna T. (nee Routhier)

Age 88, of Wheatfield, NY, passed away on July 6, 2021. Born on January 14, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Rose (nee Goupil) Routhier.  Verna was employed by the New York Telephone Company.  Survivors include her beloved husband, Duane H. ‘Corky’ Cromwell; a step-son, Kenneth R. Cromwell; step-daughter, Carol L. Wojtko; 1 step-grandson; 3 step-great-granddughters; a brother, Ernest (Donna) Routhier; sisters, Pauline (Charles) Fuhrman, Irene Stasak and Madeline Eiss and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  In addition to her parents, Verna was predeceased by siblings, Lillian (late George) Millette, Rene (late Rachael) Routhier, Rita (late Jerry) Messier, Gaston (late Dorothy) Routhier, Antonia Caya and Gerald Routhier. The family will be present on Sunday from 3-7 p.m. at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY (716-297-9007), where prayers will be offered on Monday, July 12th at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. celebrated in St. John de LaSalle Church, 8477 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY.  Friend invited. Prayers of committal and entombment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.  Arrangements are under the care of the Goodlander family.  Share condolences at GOODLANDERCARES.com
