William Leonard Owens

William Leonard Owens, 57, of Lockport, NY, passed away on October 4, 2024.  Born on December 29, 1966 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Leonard Owens, Jr. and the late Rosemary (Payne) Owens.  

William graduated from Lewiston Porter High School in 1986. He worked for the City of Lakeland as a landscaper from 1996-2010 while living in Florida and locally for A-1 Land Care and Applied Medical Coatings. William was an avid Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres fan.  He enjoyed being with his family and friends and spending time at the lake house. 

William is survived by three sons, William John (Aryca) Owens, Jacob Daniel Owens and Timothy Joseph Owens; one grandson, Matthew John Owens; siblings, Tammy (Frank) Puhalovich, Wendy (Daryle) Martin and Eric (Martha) Owens and several nieces, nephews, cousins and one great-nephew.
