William Thomas Webber

William Thomas Webber, 61, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed from this life on November 21, 2020.  Born on December 7, 1958 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Joseph Webber and the late Florence (Pearl) Webber.

Bill as he was known to family and friends, was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, graduated from Niagara Falls High School and earned his Bachelors Degree from Niagara University. He was employed as a program manager for Opportunities Unlimited.  Bill enjoyed traveling, sciences and the arts, listening to music and collecting stones and rings.

Bill is survived by his longtime life-partner of 34 years, Robert 'Bob' N. Perriman; brothers, Randall 'Ran' Webber and Joseph 'Joe' D. (Carina) Webber; nieces, Danielle Bettis and Amanda Cudahy and great-nieces and great-nephews, Marley, Jacob, Abigail, Kieran and Declan. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Carol Lynn Bettis.

Prayers of committal and interment will be held graveside in Riverdale Cemetery on Friday, November 27th at 1:00 p.m.  Family and friends invited.  Flowers are gratefully declined.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA.  Arrangements are under the care of Michael R.
