Theodore Passero, 86, of Lancaster, NY, passed from this life on Friday, June 9, 2017 at his residence.  Born on October 27, 1930 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Armando and Antonietta (Caporaso) Passero.  

Mr. Passero proudly served in the United States Army Air Corps, following World War II, from October 29, 1947 until his honorable discharge on December 26, 1951. On October 13, 1951, Theodore married the former Marie Angotti.  For 44 years, he was employed as a bricklayer working for the Bricklayers Union, Local #2 in Niagara Falls, NY. Mr. Passero was the primary caregiver of his beloved wife, Marie. Theodore enjoyed gardening and spending time with his granddaughter, “Skippy”.

In addition to his wife of over 65 years, Mr. Passero is survived by his son, Theodore A. (Carla) Passero; granddaughter, Taylore Passero; brother, Mario (Carol) Passero; sister, Gloria (late Carmine) Fortunate and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.  In addition to his parents, Theodore was predeceased by 7 siblings.

There will be no prior visitation.  Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, concluding with Military Honors, on Monday, June 12th at 10:30 a.m. which will be celebrated in St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church, 200 St. Gregory Ct., Williamsville, NY, with Rev. Thomas M. Mahoney serving as celebrant. EVERYONE ASSEMBLE AT THE CHURCH. Entombment in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
